My Name is Bob Dubuque. I am a Natural Gas Pipeline construction inspector working for Enbridge in Danbury, CT. I am writing you regarding two of your employees that I have had the pleasure of working with. While constructing the new Valve Station 19 C, Bob Milkovitz and Zach Latourette have proven themselves an integral part of this endeavor. Their attitude and abilities have distanced themselves from others on the site. Their knowledge and work ethic distinguish them as well. Time and again they have risen to the task at hand, under all weather conditions, working seven days a week. They have done this without mistake or complaint. Their efforts have been greatly appreciated. It is for all the above reasons that I write to you. I consider myself and the Atlantic Bridge Project extremely fortunate to have had the privilege of working together with Bob and Zach, as I am sure your feelings are similar.
