The project involved comprehensive site preparation, including erosion control measures like installing silt fences, protecting inlets, and stabilizing stockpiles. Demolition work included removing concrete, asphalt, and existing structures. Earthwork tasks covered site grading, importing fill material for building pads and parking areas, and topsoil spreading for landscaping. A modular retaining wall was designed and installed.

For site concrete, the team installed curbs, drive slabs, parking stalls, and sidewalks, along with light pole bases. Asphalt paving included trench patching, street milling, repaving, and full-depth pavement installation, with accompanying striping.

Stormwater management and sanitary sewer installations involved setting up inlets, manholes, HDPE pipes, and trench drains, as well as grease traps and sanitary piping. Water service work included wet tapping existing lines, installing DIP and copper piping, and replacing asphalt.
