Sub Station Flood Walls

In the aftermath of hurricane Sandy our client realized the need to protect their critical substations from future flooding.  The Hillis Group was selected to complete a multifaceted civil site project that required working around above and below grade energized electrical equipment.  The work scope included excavation, forming and pouring concrete retaining walls, sheet piling, drainage basins and automatic flood gates.
