Enbridge SA Loop
The Hillis Group successfully completed hydroseed restoration services along approximately 16 miles of Enbridge’s 24-inch SA Loop Pipeline in Sevier and Knox Counties, Tennessee. The project included permanent vegetation establishment across urban, residential, agricultural, and environmentally sensitive right-of-way corridors following pipeline construction. The Hillis Group furnished all supervision, equipment, materials, and manpower required to execute the hydroseeding program, applying engineered hydraulic mulch, custom seed mixtures, agricultural lime, fertilizer, and soil amendments tailored to varying terrain and site conditions. Working across developed neighborhoods, rural farmland, steep slopes, and environmentally sensitive areas, the team utilized specialized hydroseeding techniques to promote rapid vegetation establishment, stabilize disturbed soils, minimize erosion, and restore the right-of-way to pre-construction conditions. The successful execution of this project demonstrated The Hillis Group’s expertise in delivering large-scale hydroseed restoration solutions across diverse landscapes while maintaining environmental compliance and landowner satisfaction.
