Franklin & Dorrance Loops

The Hillis Group was brought in to complete 17 miles of final restoration and pipeline work for our client, chosen for our unique ability to seamlessly cross lines of services from civil, to pipeline, to restoration.  The work scope included: restoring subgrade contours, decompaction of right of way, rock picking, redistribution of topsoil, final grade, sand blast/painting of main line valves and  launchers and receivers, build, maintain and removal of access roads and erosion control devices, chain link fencing, gate installation, welding control piping, grounding, and timber mat access roads on the Franklin (12mi) and Dorrance Loops (4mi).
