The Hillis Group completed a 13-mile pipeline restoration project in Honesdale PA.   The scope included restoration to grade, decompaction, rock removal, seeding, hydroseeding, mulching, as well as restoration of  20+ acres in a contractor laydown yard, scraping stone, off-site hauling, removing, and restoring topsoil.
