Bullitt County Hydroseeding

The Hillis Group successfully completed hydroseed restoration services for the LG&E 12-inch Bullitt County Pipeline Project in Bullitt County, Kentucky. The project involved the permanent restoration of approximately 33 acres across four miles of pipeline right-of-way following pipeline construction activities. The Hillis Group provided all supervision, equipment, materials, and manpower necessary to complete the project. Restoration activities included the application of Profile’s Flexterra HP-FGM hydro mulch product, custom seed mixtures, agricultural lime, and fertilizer tailored to project specifications. Hydroseed applications were performed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and adjusted to accommodate varying slope conditions throughout the project corridor. The Hillis Group successfully stabilized disturbed areas, promoted rapid vegetation establishment, and restored the pipeline right-of-way to support long-term environmental compliance and client satisfaction.
